A well structured blend that needs time to blossom. Very deep black colour with deep black crimson purple hue. Perfumed nose of violets, liquorice and raspberry. The tannin structure is very fine, dry and chalky holding the raspberry liquorice and white pepper flavours together. Quite refined. A very long aftertaste of raspberry, cherry, blood plum and liquorice.
