Very pale straw colour with delicate green hue. Aroma of tropical fruit, ripe gooseberry, ripe pineapple and passionfruit followed by a subtle gooseberry end note. The palate flavours are very concentrated with the unripe gooseberry flavour component being very evident. Mouthfilling with creamy texture. Crisp acid finish followed by a very long gooseberry aftertaste.
