Almost opaque black purple colour with black purple hue. Lifted nose of vanilla, blood plum, spice and violets followed by a confectionary end note. Generous palate flavour profile. Flavours of vanilla, spice and confectionary. Fine, dry, slightly chalky tannins but balanced - relatively tight when compared to other big Barossa Shiraz. Allow to build in bottle over the next couple of months.
