A delightful red, made from a blend of 47% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Merlot and 32% Shiraz. The wine has been matured for 18 months in French oak. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Lifted nose of tobacco, cedar and blackcurrant followed by a spice black pepper end note. The palate is impressive with excellent weight and velvet smooth mouthfeel. Flavours of spice, black pepper, plum and blackcurrant emerge and continue long into the aftertaste. Cellar 3-4 years (2006-2007) Alc/Vol: 14.5%RATING: 92/100 VALUE: XXXX/5
