A disappointment! The unpleasant, green, vegetal characteristic of this wine provides a good reason for Cabernets loss of popularity. Very deep brick red colour with crimson brick red hue. Aroma of tea leaf, followed by vegetal and mint endnotes. The palate reflects the nose with vegetal tea leaf flavours persisting, over a stewed fruit background. Fine dry tannins. Vegetal, plum, tea leaf aftertaste.
