Notes sourced from Mildara Blass.The grapes were sourced from premium vineyards and picked at maximum ripeness to guarantee flavour complexity. Importantly, natural acid levels were maintained and preserved during winemaking. Following pressing, the free run juice was transferred to stainless steel tanks and cold settled. Fermentation occurred under refrigeration and early bottling ensured the natural varietal flavours were maintained.
Pale straw with light green hues. Typical Wolf Blass style – vibrant with citrus and floral characters. Citrus flavours continue on the palate with subtle passionfruit and spice characters adding to the excellent flavour structure of this wine. The palate has an amazing length of flavour and finishes in a refreshing crisp fashion. Cellar up to 4 years.Alc/Vol: 10.6%
