Produced from low yielding shiraz vines, grown on Cambrian soils. Very deep crimson purple colour. Aroma of spice, vanilla, blackberry and blackcurrant with end notes of black pepper and earth. The tannin structure is quite firm and tends to override the palate fruit flavours. Flavours of plum, blackberry and liquorice, are followed by a long plum, blackberry, spice and mint aftertaste.
