Made from a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon which has been grown in King Valley and Central Victoria – the 40% Merlot component is sourced from Swan Hill. Bright crimson colour with crimson hue. Aroma of mint, cedar and blackcurrant. The palate flavour profile is light with flavours of mint, spice and blackcurrant emerging. Firmish tannins, dry and persistent.
