Very deep brick red colour with brick red crimson hue. Aroma of spice, raisins, liquorice, violets, plum, mocha and cherry followed by an unusual but not unacceptable vegemite endnote. The tannins are fine, very dry and quite persistent. Palate flavours of stewed fruit, white pepper and stewed plum.
