A big old fashioned Shiraz with no shortage of flavour. Opaque crimson black colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of leather, earth, truffle and farmyard over very ripe plum note. Mouthfilling palate with generous body weight. The earthy components tend to be dominant on the palate with flavours of very ripe plum and mint remaining in the background. Fine grained tannins, followed by an aftertaste of liquorice, earth and mint.
Cellar 4-5 years. (2006-2007)
