This handpicked, hand crafted Shiraz has spent 14 months in French and American oak. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. The wine displays aroma of mint, truffle, liquorice, spice and blackpepper, followed by a ripe plum end note. The palate has weight and is filled with flavours of ripe plum and spice with an earth and mint back palate. Fine, firmish tannins, followed by a long earth, plum and pepper aftertaste which lingers for some time.
