A young wine with a serious profile. Very deep crimson mauve colour. Restrained yet youthful nose with aromas of spice, liquorice, blackberry and plum. The palate has good weight and length with truffle flavours over a black currant, spice and liquorice back palate. Velvet smooth tannins, followed by a blackcurrant, spice and liquorice aftertaste.
