The grapes for this wine were sourced from the former Halcyon Daze Vineyard in the Yarra Valley. Only one hundred cases were made from grapes cropped at a mere half tonne per acre!Bright straw colour. Aromatic nose with pronounced aroma of pear and spice. The palate displays weight and concentration with lime, pear and spice flavour. Very good length, slightly broad, but acceptable. Long aftertaste of lime, citrus and spice.
Cellar 3-4 years. (2005-2006)
