Very pale straw colour. The nose is rather subtle with hints of tropical fruit, pineapple and gooseberry. On the palate delicate flavours, with herbal and unripe gooseberry flavours emerging. Clean precise acidity, followed by unripe gooseberry and vegetal aftertaste. A refined example of the style. Take care not to overchill.
