An excellent example of Sauvignon Blanc. Bright, pale straw colour. Excellent aroma of gooseberry and tropical fruit followed by a grassy herbaceous end note. On the palate the grassy herbaceous flavours are dominant with a trace of pencil shavings. Dry, clean, crisp acidity, followed by long grassy herbaceous aftertaste. Cellar 2-3 years.
