An outstanding Shiraz from Taltarni. Opaque crimson colour with mauve edge. Superb nose, with a perfumed aroma of violets, spice, vanilla, blackberry and blackpepper. Mouthfilling palate flavours with very distinct toasted oak flavours. Excellent length, and balance, fine grained tannins and very long aftertaste of plum, spice and liquorice. Cellar 5-8 years.
