Bright pale, watery colour - indicative of youth. The nose displays fresh aromatic aromas with grassy herbaceous notes dominant, followed by a dusty Sauvignon Blanc background. The palate is lighter than the nose suggests - with grassy pencil shavings flavours dominant and some unripe gooseberry flavours on the back palate. Clean, crisp acid finish, with long, grassy, herbaceous aftertaste. Cellar 1-2 years.
