Bright straw colour. Delicate peach, stewed fruit nose with some nutty overtones. The palate displays good depth of flavour with pronounced barrel ferment characters of yeast lees, nuts and butterscotch which lingers onto the aftertaste. Cellar 3 - 4 years.
