Bright pale straw colour. Pronounced herbaceous nose with competing ripe and unripe gooseberry aromas with a trace of pencil shavings in the background. The palate displays good weight with herbaceous unripe gooseberries dominating the palate and aftertaste. Clean crisp acid finish.
