Very fine grained tannins with aftertaste of aniseed, plum, spice and toast. A refined cool climate Syrah.

Opaque black dark red colour with deep dark red hue. Aromas of mocha, confectionary and dark chocolate are followed by a touch of vanilla and toasty oak. Full bodied with generous flavours of mocha, dark chocolate and very ripe plum with some spice and vanillin toasty oak characters on the back palate. Very fine grained tannins that are almost velvet like. Excellent length with long aftertaste of dark plum, dark chocolate and spicy vanillin toasty oak.
Drink now or cellar a further 2-3 years (2010-2013).

This excellent Coonawarra Cabernet was matured of 2 years in French oak. Outstanding black crimson colour with very deep dark brick red hue. The nose displays perfumed aromas of cedar, spice, blackcurrant and mulberry followed by a mint end note. Medium to full bodied palate possessing plenty of mid palate richness with concentrated but refined flavours of ripe blackcurrant, cedar, spice, cigar box and spearmint. Spicy back palate displaying excellent length. Fine grained, firm, slightly dryish tannins but in balance. Long aftertaste of blackcurrant, spice, leather and cedar along with a hint of spearmint.
Cellar 3-4 years (2013-2014).

Fine grained, slightly dryish tannins with modest aftertaste of plum, liquorice and spice. Certainly nothing to get too excited about, although, it did somehow manage to win a trophy at the 2009 Yarra Valley Wine Show….

Perfumed aromas of ripe blackcurrant, plum, cedar and spice followed by a hint of cigar box. Medium bodied the palate displays flavours of blackcurrant, liquorice, spice and cedar. Fine grained but firmish tannins provide good structure. Excellent depth with long aftertaste of blackcurrant, spice and cedar. A youthful elegantly styled Yarra Valley Cabernet.

Aftertaste of black cherry, dark plum, spice and earth.

Clean crisp dry finish with long aftertaste of herbaceous grassy gooseberry, spice and mineral. A very herbaceous grassy style of Sauvignon Blanc.
