| A magnificent fortified wine that has been matured over 20 years by Geoff Hardy and Ian Leask. Deep sienna brown colour with olive green hue, clearly showing its age. Superb nose of rancio, followed by raisin and spice with toffee end notes. Warm spiritous end note. The palate delivers everything that the nose suggests – rancio flavours, toffee and caramel over a background of warm brandy spirit. Perfect balance. Very long aftertaste of rancio, honey and raisins. A superb drink. |
