2013 Pizzorno Don Prospero Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of tropical fruits are intermixed with pear followed by some citrus and herbaceous notes. The palate has flavours of tropical fruits, pears and citrus with some following herbaceous characters on the back palate. Clean dry finish with a nice textural feel. Aftertaste of pear, citrus and light spice.
