2013 O'Leary Walker Polish Hill River Riesling

Brilliant greenish tinged water like colour with watery hue. An intense sniff of lemon and lime is followed by some crisp green apple and talc mineral like notes. Possessing a racy acid structure and zippy mouthfeel the palate has flavours of lemon and lime over a background of steely mineral. Clean crisp crunchy acid finish with aftertaste of lemon, lime and steely mineral. A finely tuned Riesling that will benefit from cellaring.
