2013 Dandelion Vineyards Wishing Clock of the Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose offers up scents of passionfruit, green apple and citrus with some dried herb end notes. The palate is very dry with a sense of austerity about it. Flavours of passionfruit, citrus, green apple and stoney mineral. Clean crisp very dry finish with aftertaste of passionfruit, citrus and subtle stoney mineral.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
