2012 Reillys Barking Mad Cabernet Sauvignon

Matured in French oak for 18 months. Opaque inky black dark red colour with a very dark red black tinged hue. On the nose ripe blackcurrant and liquorice aromas are prevalent over a cedary background with a hint of spice also present. Impressively weighted the palate features rich ripe blackcurrant cassis like flavours over a vanillin cedar and spice back palate. Soft fine grained tannins with an aftertaste of ripe blackcurrants and spicy vanillin cedar.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
