2012 Hand Crafted By Geoff Hardy Montepulciano

Opaque black dark red colour with a dark red purple hue. The nose displays delightful scents of black raspberries and ripe dark cherries followed by some liquorice and very light spicy earth end notes. Softly textured with light to medium weight the palate has a fruity profile of ripe dark cherries and dark raspberries over some subtle mint and spice with a dry finish. Fine grained tannins ever so slightly chewy. Aftertaste of ripe dark cherries, dark raspberries, subtle mint and spicy earth.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
