2012 Bremerton Old Adam Shiraz

Superb colour saturation displaying an impenetrable inky black purple core with a very deep dark purple black hue. Intense liquorice, blackberry and dark chocolate aromas bound from the glass followed by dark plums, lightly toasted cedar and faint spearmint end notes. Rich opulent flavours of ripe blackberries, dark plums and liquorice overlay dark chocolate, toasty oak and spice. Supplely textured with velvet smooth tannins finishing long with an aftertaste of ripe blackberry, liquorice, toasty oak and spice.
