2012 Bellarmine Shiraz

Deep dark red black colour with a bright dark crimson red hue. Pronounced black pepper scents overlay liquorice, black cherry, clove and spice notes. Light to medium weight with an elegant, structured mouthfeel the palate sports flavours of pepper, dark cherries and liquorice followed by clove, roasted meat characters and spice. The dryish tannins provide a firm backbone. Aftertaste of peppered meats, liquorice, clove and spice.
