2011 Trimbach Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green on the outskirts and a watery hue. The nose displays aromas of lime followed by ripe apple, some honeysuckle and spice. The palate has flavours of fresh apple alongside some pear, dried honey characters and spice. Clean dry finish with bright acidity. Aftertaste of apple, pear, dried honey like characters and spice.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
