2011 Secret Stone Pinot Noir

Translucent bright dark red colour with light brick red hue. Aromas of dark cherries and dried meats intermix followed by a hint of anise and spicy oak. Light to medium weight palate with flavours of dark cherries, dried meats and subtle anise followed by some toasty oak. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of dark cherries, dried meats and spice.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
