2011 Lunae Auxo Rosso

A blend of Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo and Canaiolo grapes. Opaque dark red black colour with deep dark red black tinged hue. Aromas of ripe dark cherries intermingle with hints of incense and leathery overtones with spicy cedar end notes. On the palate ripe dark cherry flavours are to the fore with some incense infusions also present followed by some new leather and spicy earth. Dryish slightly chewy tannins. Aftertaste of new leather and spicy earth.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
