2010 Howard Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Matured in seasoned French oak. Opaque black dark red colour with deep dark red hue. Nosing offers up blackcurrant and mulberry top notes followed by some bay leaf and spicy cedar. Medium to full bodied perfectly ripened blackcurrant flavours are to the fore front followed by some dark mulberry, a touch of bay leaf, cedary tobacco and spice. Slightly dryish finish with solid but fine grained tannins. Long blackcurrant, bay leaf and spicy cedar aftertaste.
Cellar 4-5 years.
