2010 Chandon Vintage Brut
This classic Australian sparkling pours well displaying a white frothy mousse that possesses good hold. Very pale straw base wine colour featuring a delicate stream of tiny profuse bubbles. The nose exhibits aromas of toast and pear followed by some baked bread and baked apple. The palate balances a lively freshness against its flavours of baked bread, pear, toastiness and yeast lees. Clean crisp dry finish with aftertaste of toasty baked bread, pear and yeast lees.
Cellar 3-4 years.
Alc 12.5%

Has an elegance and lightness of touch stemming from its faultless balance, the aromas a mix of small red fruits, spice and stone fruits; the wine is smooth and supple in the mouth, with deceptively light acidity.
