Bright, pale straw colour with watery hue. Top notes of citrus and green apple are followed by some subtle gooseberry and spice. Mouthfilling flavours of green apple and citrus are followed by some herbal gooseberry and mineral characters. Good mouthfeel with clean, crisp, dry finish.
