2007 Two Hands Deer in Headlights Shiraz

Opaque black dark red colour with dark red hue. Perfumed top notes of aniseed arise from the glass followed by some dark chocolate, vanillin oak and spice. Rich and bold flavours of aniseed and liquorice fill the mouth followed by some vanillin confectionary and spice. Very fine grained tannins with long sumptuous aftertaste of aniseed, liquorice, spicy vanillin oak and subtle emerging leather characters.
Drink over the next 3-4 years (2013-2017).
