2005 Clarendon Hills Brookman Vineyard Syrah

A top example of big concentrated Clarendon Hills Syrah. Opaque black purple colour with black purple hue. Top note of mocha and dark chocolate, followed by spice, liquorice and cedar, showing impressive lift. The palate flavours are mouthfilling – generous layers of liquorice, plum, black pepper and spice. Fine grained tannins, perfectly balanced. Very long aftertaste of black pepper, dark chocolate and spice.
