2003 Fox Creek Fox and Hounds Shiraz Cabernet Museum Release

Opaque black dark red colour with deep dark brick red hue. Lifted aromas of ripe blackberry and liquorice are followed by some tertiary notes of cedar, leather and spice. Full bodied with a soft fleshy texture the palate delivers flavours of liquorice, followed by some confectionary, leather and spice. Soft, fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of liquorice, confectionary, spice and leather.
